Providing full service project management and owner representative services for the redevelopment of this historically designated building in the downtown core of Aspen. The project includes demolition of the existing building, while maintaining the historic designated portions of the structure. Demolition started from the basement level and removed all but the exterior walls. Improvements will ultimately provide a four –level commercial building that serves the need of this regional real estate company.
