Robert was the Project Manager for a 12,573-square-foot single-family historic Victorian originally built by one of the original claim holders to Aspen Mountain. The house was converted to two stories above ground with a basement project, requiring 40 feet of excavation. The basement includes a sub-ground basketball court, swimming pool and workout room. Just by virtue of its design and location, which is a few blocks from Aspen Mountain, this was one of the most high-profile projects within the core.
